Prince Charles knew Diana for many years before becoming interested in her in a romantic way. He actually courted her sister Sarah first. However, when the years passed and he had not married, Queen Elizabeth pressed him on to find a suitable bride. Diana was, of course, the best choice.

Princess Diana was from a distinguished family in England. She met all royal criteria to become the wife of the Charles, the Prince of Wales. He asked for her hand in marriage in February of 1981 and they were married in July of the same year.

She has been reputed as being a wonderful mother and wife. However, things did not turn out to be the fairy tale love story it was supposed to be. Prince Charles supposedly had an affair with a former girlfriend, Camille Parker-Bowles. Princess Diana was reported to have had suicidal tendencies following that incident. The divorce involved bitter statements from both of them blaming each other for all the marital troubles.

She was light in the darkness and was as honored as such during the funeral ceremonies. The whole world mourned her it seemed. Her funeral will go down in history as being the one for a beautiful lady and a one of a kind princess.

With over thirty five films under her belt, she’s regarded as India’s most successful and talented actress. She is beloved by all and is one of the most recognized actresses in India.

He was born on April 2 1969 in New Dehli Inida. His first film, Pyari Benha was released in 1985 and he been in over 80 films. He’s currently filming the movie Golmaal 3. He’s been nominated for 15 different awards and has won 9 times.

Kajol Mukherjee and Ajay Devgan married on February 24, 1999. They enjoyed a romantic honeymoon jet setting all across Europe with stops in Australia and Egypt as well. They have one daughter, Nysa, whom they had in 2003 and the couple is expecting a second child in 2010. She briefly retired in 2001 to spend more time with her family but has since returned to acting. They since starred in the films Dil Kya Kare and Raju Chacha together. When they first met, the two could not take their eyes of each other. When Bill Clinton proposed to Hillary, he said that he had bought her a home and that was a good enough reason for them to get married because Bill did not envision living all by himself in that new home. They got married on the eleventh of October, 1975 in Fayetteville in Arkansas and in a brick home that was in fact the very home that Bill Clinton had recently bought.

George Bush Junior was already famous for being the son of the 41st United States President. However, back then Bush was an alcoholic and had accounts of alcohol abuse. He was even arrested on one occasion for DUI. At his hearing, he pleaded guilty and had his license suspended. He was also asked to pay a $150 fine. He was also said to have been using illegal drugs but has never made any comment on it and has refused to answer any questions on the subject.

Around this time, Laura Lane Welch was a simple school teacher and librarian. She suffered a tragic accident early in her life prior to meeting George. The tragedy left her emotional and doubting her faith for several years. The reason for this is that the car accident she was in killed a friend that was very dear to her.

1977 was the year when these two were unknowingly introduced. The event was a backyard barbecue hosted by John and Jan O’Neill in which they were both invited. After three months of courtship, George proposed to Laura and they tied the knot on November of the very same year. It was a very touching relationship. Laura even had a compromise when she said yes. She said she will marry him as long as she is not tasked to make any campaign speech. Later, she could not deny the request of her husband and consented to give speeches for him anyway.

Laura was also good for George. His previous alcoholism was tremendously reduced and he says it is all thanks to his wife. He says Laura put up with him quite well and this eventually rubbed off on him. Bush gave up alcohol in 1986.

Many people would be surprised to know of Woods’ mixed heritage, which he coined as Cablinasian, a syllabic abbreviation from the first letters of Caucasian, Black, Indian, and Asian. Born in California on December 30, 1975, he was named Eldric Tont Woods. His father Earl named him Tiger, after a Vietnamese officer who saved Earl’s life several times.

In 2003, Tiger proposed to Nordegren, his Swedish model girlfriend whom he married in 2004. They had two children. Recently, new headlines were made recently due to his infidelity with several women. He felt that he has lost his Buddhist ways and went to rehab for sex addiction for a while.

After the scandal, Woods took a five-month hiatus from his golf. After a heartfelt speech and public apology, the public received him with open arms. Currently, divorce proceedings are under way and negotiations are taking place regarding financial settlements and custody agreements between Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren. Mamie Doud was born on the other side of the tracks. Her father was a prosperous meat packer. He retired from business at the young age of 36. She and her three sisters were used to large homes and servants. The Douds also had a winter home in San Antonio.

Dwight and Mamie first met in 1915. They were introduced by the wife of a fellow officer. Dwight was the officer of the day and invited Mamie on his rounds with him. This was at Fort Sam Houston. A few months later, Dwight proposed marriage. It was Valentine’s Day 1916. In those days, it was common to give a miniature of your West Point class ring, to your intended. That is what he did.

On July 1, 1916, 19 year old Mamie Doud, became Mrs. Dwight D Eisenhower. It was a formal wedding at the Colorado home of her parents. They honeymooned at a fancy resort in Eldorado Springs, Colorado. They then visited his parents for two days. After that, they moved into their humble abode at Fort Sam Houston.

In 1917, their first son was born. They lost him to scarlet fever in 1921. In 1922, their second son, John, was born. For many years Mamie followed her husband from one assignment to the other. She stayed with him through the wars and troubles.

When Dwight became president of the United States, Mamie was by his side. She was always proud of him and believed in him. Dwight was always happy to have such a wonderful wife. Their love story endured form 1915 until his death in 1969.

The story of Fred and Wilma Flinstone is an intriguing tale of love and deceit. Frederick Joseph Flinstone was born many years ago in the fictional Stone Age. His place of residence was a town called Bedrock. Although an animated character, he brought a great deal of joy and laughter to television audiences in the 1960s. Not a great deal of information has been available on his early life. This may be due to the fact that they kept few records in the Stone Age.

Wilma Pebble Slaghoople was born around the same time as Fred. Information has been sketchy. However it is believed that Fred and Wilma met a long time ago. They both worked at a fancy hotel. Fred and his best friend, Barney Rubble, worked as bell hops. Wilma and her friend Betty were cigarette girls.

For those of you unfamiliar with the job, cigarette girls were popular, back in the day. Most of the time, pretty young girls were used to attract the attention of customers. They walked around with a display of smoking items. It fit on them with two suspender type of straps. Hotel and restaurant patrons could get smokes, matches, and lighters. This was when smoking was in vogue.

Fred was immediately infatuated by the lovely Wilma. Barney was obviously smitten with Betty. The girls were not love struck, but they found the boys to be cute. Fred and Barney decided to lie to the girls and tell them they were wealthy guests. The girls thought they would do the same.

This went well for a while. One day the girls were dancing with the boys on the hotel dance floor. The hotel owner caught them. He openly announced that he did not pay bell hops to dance with cigarette girls. The boys were shocked that the girls would lie to them. The girls could not believe that the boys could be so deceitful.

Then they realized that they had a great deal in common. They were all dishonest, when it came to love. This was the start of beautiful relationships. They all got married and lived in the suburbs. Everything worked out very well for Fred and Wilma Flinstone. For some strange reason, their lives mirrored another famous couple by the name of Ralph and Alice Kramden. Barney and Betty also bore an eerie resemblance to Trixie and Ed Norton.

Ozzie also attended law school. While there, he paid for his tuition with his orchestra. He also coached football. He later became a famous and well known band leader. It was the era of the big band.

By 1930, Ozzie had a radio show. This was before television and radio was the big entertainment medium. An unusual incident got Ozzie his big break in the band business. A New York newspaper ran a reader poll. Everyone was to vote for their favorite radio orchestra. In those days, news vendors only had to return the front sections of the papers to get credit for unsold copies.

Ozzie’s manager realized that all of the ballots were in the back pages of the newspaper. He struck a deal to obtain hundreds of unsold copies, along with the voting ballots. When it was all over, Ozzie Nelson was the most popular radio orchestra band. This gave Ozzie the notoriety that he needed, for his rise to the top.

Peggy Lou grew up to be a beauty queen and a vaudeville performer. She was raised in an entertainment atmosphere. Singing also came natural to the young beauty. She changed her name to Harriet Hillard. When she had the chance to audition for Ozzie Nelson’s band, she was impressive. Female band vocalists were a novelty then. She was only the second one to be used, this way.

Ozzie saw something in her that he instantly liked. It did not take long for them to become close. A few years later, they became man and wife. The rest of the story is history. Ozzie and Harriett Nelson became one of the most famous iconic families in the world.

The relationship between the two is perfect, and why not? In fantasy, anything is possible. Maybe life dashes all of your dreams on the jagged cliffs of reality. In fantasy, you can have anything you want at any time. It is a great escape from the real world, with all of its inequities.

She loves Robin dearly and he loves her. They would do anything for each other. They cannot always be together, in many tales. In that case, they have to make the short moments count.

In some tales, they become man and wife and live happily ever after. But happily ever after is a very vague term. It leaves too much to the imagination. Yet, that can be a very good thing. You can imagine the couple in any situation that you wish. Sit down at your word processor and rewrite history.

The tale of these two lovers can be triumphant or tragic. You decide. You have the power. Robin Hood and Maid Marion can be the most beautiful love story ever told. All you have to do is tell it.
