Johnny Cash was one of the most revered musicians of the 20th century. Born in Arkansas, the United States, on February 26, 1932, he particularly rose to fame in the late sixties. His early career began in Memphis, Tennessee where he was learning how to be a radio announcer. It was at this point when he started getting into music and by the mid fifties he was already starting to become famous.

Sadly, Johnny cash died at the age of 71 on September 12, 2003, only a few months after his wife died.

Posthumously, she was awarded to more Grammys in 2003.
